• Base salary: $63,500-$79,400 plus incentive opportunities

• Provide behavioral health counseling services within outpatient clinic and elementary school settings
• Deliver brief solution-focused interventions for pediatric and adult patients
• Collaborate within integrated behavioral health care teams
• Support patients with behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within Athena Practice EMR

Requirements

• Active Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license REQUIRED
• Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult populations REQUIRED
• Strong counseling, behavioral health assessment, and intervention skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing brief solution-focused interventions REQUIRED
• Team-based and community-focused care mindset REQUIRED
