Food Services Assistant/Cook

• Full Time (must be able to work every 5th weekend) The kitchen staff prides itself with serving not only fresh and balanced diet meals, but flavorful and eye-catching presentation.

What you'll do

Follow menus and standardize recipes for food preparation and cooking; Review menu changes with Food Services Manager; Prepare meals/do baking as outlined in Shift responsibilities; Assist in food preparation for special functions; Check food for taste, texture, temperature, and portion control; Arrange food attractively for service; Check stock for needs and report needs to food Services Manager; Put away stock; Required to clean equipment, etc..

according to posted cleaning schedules; Follow established policies and procedures regarding sanitation.
