This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales, customer service, and marketing skills to create a welcoming environment for residents and prospects alike.

Key Responsibilities

Greet prospects warmly and provide professional presentations of the community’s features and amenities. Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain a high level of service orientation, making current residents feel welcome, comfortable, and valued. Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to effectively position the community.

Contribute ideas to the management team for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements. Generate traffic by making calls to area employers, merchants, and locator services to promote the community. Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs, with approval from management. Follow up with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships and encourage lease renewals.

Requirements

Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques. Proficiency in basic computer applications and leasing software.

Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
