IT Service Desk Intern

This position will be directly working with the Service Desk team in person. Objectives will be to assist in the Fall computer refresh (replacing computers that are old and out of date). This is the main priority and will involve both Office and Manufacturing environments. Other duties will include incident and request response, troubleshooting of various devices, decommissioning equipment, as well as working with Infrastructure and security in getting a general understanding of enterprise environment.
