General Operative – Food Waste AD Plant Location: Lisburn, Altona Industrial Estate Shift Pattern: Monday

• Friday Hours of work: Mon (06:30 - 15:30), Tues
• Friday (07:30-16.30) Reports to: Operations Supervisor / Plant Manager Overview We are looking for a General Operative to join our team at our food waste Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plant. This is a key frontline role in a continuous process environment, responsible for safely and efficiently operating the plant, maximising biogas and power output, and maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping.

Operate forklift to unload and move materials Power washing machinery and dolavs Maintain yard cleanliness Criteria Experience in similar experience Valid counterbalance forklift licence Strong health, safety and environmental awareness. Good communication, teamwork Desirable: AD/biogas or wastewater experience, relevant qualifications
