You’ll lead a team of Field Service Engineers supporting radiographic imaging systems across hospitals, clinics, and government installations, including military environments where performance matters most. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team Coach, mentor, and manage Field Service Engineers across multiple regions Own Service Operations Drive performance across response times, uptime, and first-time fix rates Be the Technical Authority Support escalations and troubleshoot complex X-ray system issues Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and government clients Improve & Scale the Service Function Implement best practices, streamline processes, and partner with Engineering & Quality Stay Close to the Field Travel to support installations, escalations, and critical deployments Why Del Medical?
