Connections & Women's Ministry Lead

The Connections and Women’s Ministry Lead (CWML) at a congregation of The Austin Stone Community Church serves to equip and mobilize leaders and partners across the congregation. The CWML will manage the process by which those on the outside will visit, those that visit will return regularly, and those that are regular attenders will join with the mission and vision of Austin Stone Community Church as partners.

The CWML will also advocate for a flourishing women’s ministry at their congregation that is both consistent in mission, vision and values with the overall ministry and serves the unique needs of women in that context. The CWML will report to the Congregation Executive Pastor.
