Program Director / VA REACH

At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and helping people live their best lives. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate REACH Program Director to lead, develop, and inspire our crisis services team supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the Staunton, VA area.

This is more than a leadership position. It is an opportunity to shape services, strengthen a team, and influence life-changing outcomes for individuals and families during some of their most critical moments.
