Job description

Graphic Designer (Print & Campaign Materials) – Reform UK Head Office

As Reform UK’s national operation continues to expand, we are looking to engage a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and physical materials** to support our growing communications and campaign teams.

This role will focus on producing high-quality printed materials that communicate Reform UK’s message clearly and professionally**, from literature and mail-outs to manifestos, brochures, signage, and merchandise.

You will play an important role in shaping the physical visual identity of Reform UK**, ensuring our printed materials are consistent, well-produced, and impactful across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Design literature, leaflets, and direct mail materials** for national and local communications.

Produce layouts for manifestos, policy documents, commercial brochures and more**.

Design signage, event graphics, banners, and display materials**.

Create artwork for merchandise and branded materials**.

Ensure brand consistency across all printed outputs**.

Work closely with the communications and operations teams** to translate messaging into clear and effective printed design.

Prepare print-ready artwork** and support production with external printers and suppliers when required.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience**, ideally in print-focused roles such as marketing, publishing, branding, advertising, or commercial design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)**.

Strong understanding of print production, layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy**.

Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with printers or production suppliers**.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines**.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand standards**.
