Entry/Assistant Engineer - Engineering Development Program
Job description
Launch your engineering career through Avista's Engineering Development Program (EDP), a two-year rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple engineering teams/departments while building the technical, business, and leadership skills needed for a successful career in the utility industry.
As an Engineer in the EDP, you will have the opportunity to rotate every six months among various engineering teams across the company such as; the Innovation Lab, System Planning, Protection, Substation, Transmission, Generation, Distribution, SCADA, Meter Automation, Gas, Operations and Efficiency Engineering.
