Craft Training Program Manager
Job description
Provides technical and program management leadership for craft training and workforce development programs that support safe, skilled, and job-ready craft workforce pipelines. Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates training programs, schedules, documentation, delivery methods, and program governance practices using adult learning principles to align workforce capabilities with organizational needs, safety expectations, and applicable training requirements.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders, field operations, vendors, and educational partners to deliver effective, compliant, and scalable training solutions. Responsible for overall program delivery to include budget, timeline, quality, change management, communication plans, and deliverables.
