Customer Service Administrator (EU Passport Holder / Currently Located in Malta) Excellent English Language Skills The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for handling sales, customer on-boarding and document verification of our loan portfolio.

Reporting to the Customer Service

• Team Leader the Customer Service Administrator will be part of the Services / Sales Department and will be handling Loan Applications for our customers. Role: Allocate Required Documentation to Fulfil Credit Application. Document Checking for due diligence. Detect and Identify Suspicious Activity. Organizing Documentation. Periodically Reviewing Customer Facilities. Comply with Laws, Regulations, Company Policies and Procedures as Required. Scanning and Filing incoming Mail. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience: Requires an energetic, empathetic and positive individual. With a strong attention to detail and able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Minimum Secondary Education. Able to read, write and speak excellent fluent English. Any additional languages would be a benefit. Previous Experience in similar role is preferred, but not a must. Experience with Customer Database would be an advantage. Team Player with Customer oriented Mind-Set. Able to demonstrate Basic Computer Skills including use of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Attention to Detail, Initiative and High Standard of Work Practices.
