Workday Test Analyst (Melbourne, Australia)

Key Responsibilities

Develop Test Plan, governance model, quality gates, entry/exit criteria and test assurance approach. Support planning and execution across system integration, end-to-end, regression, UAT, data migration, security/authorization, performance, cutover rehearsal and post-deployment validation. Participate in defect triage and quality reviews; report progress, coverage, defect trends, risks and release readiness to program leadership, with clear go-live recommendations.

Support cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer and transition of the regression pack and test operating model to BAU teams.

Required Skills

and Experience 6+ years of experience in Software Testing with experience in large Workday implementation projects. Strong experience in Workday with experience in Payroll, Absence and Scheduling modules. Workday certification in these modules will be a strong advantage. Experience in Test Automation on Web and API projects is an advantage with priority for Workday specific automation experience.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
