Job Responsibilities
EMEA & CN region illumination product: Work as a bridge between customers and internal team. Customer inquiry and Customer satisfaction. Order entry, backlog maintain, shipping arrangement. RMA issue, follow up and close. Ship & Debit claim. Stock rotation claim. Not limited to above.
Qualifications
- College degree and above with no major limits.
- With 1 year and above order fulfill/CS experience is preferred.
- Good English skills, writing, listening, speaking and reading is better.
- Good at office software such as PPT, EXCEL, WORD etc.
- Familiar with SAP is preferred.
