Associate Events Marketing Specialist

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple calendars with event dates and guide production deadlines. Set-up and manage workflows for to-dos and deadlines for the career event team regarding email campaign process and ad production collection. Importing registered users to our internal CM utilizing People.

Import tool for campaigns. Create campaigns in Salesforce for event marketing emails Create email templates to initiate the email marketing workflow. Deliver campaign reports to partner representatives for each deployed campaign. Collect and proofread all ads, links, and content for Recruitment Guides, and/or other related marketing collaterals.
