Maintenance

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units) Handle general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Maintain lighting, restroom functionality, and cleanliness of utility areas Address safety hazards and ensure the restaurant is OSHA compliant Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed Perform minor renovations, touch-ups, and painting as needed Respond to maintenance emergencies during business hours or on-call when scheduled Assist with cleaning tasks, deep cleaning equipment, and organizing maintenance storage areas
