Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator - Full Time
Job description
Position Title: Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator Position Code: PESC-8011 Department: Provider Recruiting Oracle Code: PESC-8011 Reports to: Provider Recruiting Manager Safety Sensitive: ☒ Yes ☐ No Exempt Status: ☐ Yes ☒ No Key Responsibilities Post and manage all physician and APP openings across job boards, recruitment platforms, professional associations, and advertising vendors.
Research and identify effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels. Source passive candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs. Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Track and report recruitment performance metrics including: Develop and maintain monthly recruitment dashboards and reports. Assist with analyzing sourcing trends and recommend process improvements. Monitor vendor performance and advertising ROI. Work with Manager to coordinate provider engagement events, resident outreach activities, and physician networking opportunities.
Conduct provider retention touchpoints and assist with engagement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction and retention. Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and databased management systems. Preferences Experience: Healthcare recruitment experience. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with reporting, metrics, and dashboard development. Experience coordinating events, onboarding, or employee engagement programs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of physician and APP recruitment practices.
