Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Part-Time Store Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience during their visit.

Responsibilities

Point-of-sale system to enter sales and collect payments. Look up customers on our computer and enter delivery orders and payments. Learn about our parts and burner repairs for gas logs and space heaters. Observe cylinder filling and recertification, and direct traffic at the bottle station. Duties may also include loading and unloading cylinders for customers.

Learn to overhaul tanks, forklift cylinders, and regular cylinders. Other duties as assigned.
