WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO As the relief cook part-time you are responsible for preparing and serving the meals and prepping work for the following day. You will also part-time responsible for providing food service to residents, guest and employees and for providing assistance in all dietary functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production sheets. Complete food prep and maintain meal service schedules. Take and record food temperatures. Serve meals according to resident diet plans. Stock unit kitchenettes and assist with dishwashing. Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and service areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
