Overview

Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.

CRM Management Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation Sales Pipeline Management Negotiation and closing Follow up and account management Reporting and forecasting Market and product knowledge Referral volume management Collaboration with internal teams Unit Overview: We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred.

Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities. Anticipated Status/Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week) Day Shift Position Location: Chesapeake, VA Position Requirements: Experience 2 years relevant experience (Required) Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred) Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred) Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred) keywords: account executive, sales, home health, hospice, healthcare sales, hospital sales, referral specialist, marketing, medical sales, indeed, hampton roads, chesapeake We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $77,854.40 - $121,992.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
