Lobby Attendant

As a Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the hotel’s lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room. • Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces. • Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds. • Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests. • Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
