The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing activities for Trade Shows and Special Events. Must delegate work with respect and foster teamwork and AFR culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick, prepare, and ship orders and transfers Work with trade shows and special events delivery teams Oversee the picking items for trade Shows and special events Quality control inspections of completed orders daily Training with delivery teams and pickers Handle calls from delivery teams regarding the trade show and especial events orders Work with Operations Managers to schedule and route trucks Inspect and approve the Triaged furniture going into racks or out on orders Inventories Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: EDUCATION/TRAINING: Degree: Bachelor or Equivalent ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Verbal/written communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Planning, and time management skills Business ethics and customer relation skills Personnel management and delegation skills Diversity ensures the success of our careers, and our lives.
