Lean, Virginia, with global offices across the U.S. and in India. UVCyber seeks a Senior Business Process Consultant for a Federal customer. This strategic, transformation-focused role offers a unique opportunity to drive national security outcomes by bridging technology innovation and operational excellence within the USSS Office of the Chief Information Officer.
As the Business Process Consultant, you'll be the critical link between mission operations, technology transformation, and AI-enabled innovation. You'll analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable technology requirements and AI use cases—particularly where artificial intelligence can drive efficiency, automation, and better decision-making.
You'll play a vital role in standing up the USSS AI Team by identifying and documenting AI use cases, building the AI Use Case Repository, supporting the AI-PMO through change management and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring AI initiatives align with mission needs. Working across OCIO divisions and with field stakeholders, you'll document workflows, develop change management strategies, create transformation playbooks, and design frameworks enabling successful adoption of AI capabilities.
This role requires analytical rigor combined with organizational change expertise and stakeholder empathy for a program of national importance.
