Assistant General Manager - Sweet Loretta

The Assistant General Manager is a key leadership partner to the General Manager and is accountable for helping drive the overall performance of Sweet Loretta. This role works closely with the GM to execute business goals, maintain operational standards, and create an environment where both our guests and our team can thrive.

The AGM is a hands-on leader who leads from the floor, makes confident decisions in a fast-paced environment, and ensures the team has the direction, support, and accountability needed to deliver an exceptional experience—whether we’re having a quiet dinner service or a fully booked Saturday night.
