Job description
- Lead the development of high-quality interior CAS digital models with strong attention to proportion, surface quality, and design accuracy
- Coordinate workload allocation within the modelling team in alignment with studio leadership and project priorities
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, CAS modellers, and studio engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and technical feasibility
- Oversee the creation and refinement of interior Class-A / CAS digital surface models
- Ensure digital models accurately represent and communicate design intent throughout the development process
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to modelling team members on surfacing, proportions, and aesthetics
- Support design reviews by preparing and presenting digital models at key project milestones
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital modelling workflows and best practices
- Ensure modelling deliverables meet required quality standards, technical feasibility, and project timelines
- Facilitate cross-functional review sessions and workshops with design and engineering teams
- Mentor and support CAS modellers through knowledge sharing and professional development
