The Associate Director, Talent Management delivers the organization's talent, learning, and leadership development, ensuring programs, systems, and processes support workforce capability development, employee growth, and business performance. This role partners with People & Culture business partners and business leaders to drive learning initiatives, talent management practices, succession planning, and leadership development while leveraging analytics and technology to measure impact and improve outcomes.

The Associate Director ensures learning and talent programs are scalable, data-driven, and aligned with organizational priorities.
