Trim Assembly | 2nd Shift

• Hastings, MI, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School/GED, Salary Range: $20.96 - $20.96Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Second, RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with wrenches and pipe compound assuring proper torque is used.
• Inspects parts for proper Quality and ensure that a produce a proper seal between parts is achieved.
• Tests Trimmed and Pre-Trimmed Valves and Devices according to approval laboratory guide lines.
• Inspects and packages Trimmed Valves according to Viking quality standards.
• Disassembles Pre trimmed valves and package according to work order instructions.
• Identifies scrap and salvage and records such for inventory purposes.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Earn an additional +$1.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shift Qualifications: EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
