Stack!Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Yard Mule Driver:Move and position trailers using yard mules, terminal tractors, or similar equipment between docks, staging areas, parking locations, and loading/unloading zones. Coordinate trailer movements with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain operational flow.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and report any mechanical or safety issues. Maintain organized trailer placement and keep dock lanes, staging areas, and yard locations orderly. Follow established safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site traffic regulations while operating equipment. Verify trailer locations, seals, and dock assignments as required.

Support shipping and receiving operations with yard-related tasks. Available shifts:Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) And Weekends. Job requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People. Ready. Valid driver's license required; CDL or previous CDL experience preferred. Experience operating yard mules, terminal tractors, semi-trucks, or similar equipment in a yard, warehouse, port, or distribution environment.

Ability to safely back, maneuver, and position trailers in tight or confined spaces. Strong spatial awareness and equipment handling skills. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify safety or operational concerns. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Effective communication skills to interact with warehouse personnel, drivers, and dispatch teams.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Commitment to following safety policies and procedures at all times. Background check required.
