• Learning : Attend all learning sessions, workshops, seminars, property meetings and coaching sessions to enhance your knowledge of operations, industry trends and best practices. Full commitment and attention to all phases of learning is expected from the Ascent graduate
• Project : Foster learning by contribute to the assigned special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Guest Service Excellence : learn to deliver exceptional guest experience by understanding and exceeding in operational capabilities such as, Prompt, and courteous delivery of all orders, maintaining a positive image through all each guest contact and maintaining high level of guest interaction and demonstrating all behaviours that is required for guest services. To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it always meets the highest standard of Minor Hotels. To gain knowledge of the hotel product, including room and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Minor Hotels properties. Learn to understand financial statements such as Outlet & Departmental P&L and to attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
• Coach/Mentor: Access, meet and seek guidance from assigned coach/mentor to get timely feedback, guidance, and support throughout the program
• Networking : get exposed to vast network of professionals and peers to facilitate valuable connections
• Operational Support : Seeking out ways to assist in day-to-day operations of various departments, gaining insights into efficient workflow management
• Professional Development : Design your own success by taking ownership for your learning and development. Actively seek feedback and pursue opportunities for growth.
