Server/Bartender

The Role

• As a Server/Bartender at Social Cantina, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your ability to connect with customers and deliver prompt service will be essential to our success.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• A passion for food and beverage service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Salary $2 - $25 per hour
