• NOT A PAID POSITION Summary Dream Team Volunteers serve in a variety of supportive roles throughout the ministry based upon qualifications, special skills, experience, and areas or personal interest. Volunteers frequently begin their service with Host Team activities during service times, but may also be trained and assigned to serve and assist in nearly every department within the Church.
