FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions. Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.

Prepare financial performance reports and insights for regular leadership reviews. Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations and support decision-making. Work closely with Accounting and the wider Finance team to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.

Take ownership of assigned FP&A activities, manage priorities independently, and deliver results in a dynamic business environment. Identify and drive process improvements, including the development of standard and ad-hoc reports, Excel dashboards, and automated reporting and forecasting tools.
