German Procurment Coordinator

We are looking for a German Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is fluent in German and English and is interested in building a career in Procurement and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the procurement team in handling day-to-day purchasing activities. Coordinate with suppliers to collect quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries. Prepare and maintain purchase orders, procurement documents, and records. Communicate with German-speaking suppliers and stakeholders via email and phone.

Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials/services. Assist in comparing supplier quotations and preparing basic procurement reports. Maintain accurate procurement data and update relevant systems and trackers. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Support the team in resolving basic purchasing and supplier-related issues. Ensure procurement activities are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Fluent in German (B2/C1 level or above). Good command of English , both written and spoken.
