Spa Front Desk & Wellness Concierge

Spa Front Desk & Wellness Concierge Join ACME Revive and help create a welcoming, elevated spa and wellness experience centered on relaxation, recovery, and self-care. We are looking for a warm, polished, and organized professional who enjoys making guests feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. As our Spa Front Desk & Wellness Concierge, you will be the first and last point of contact for each guest.

You will manage appointments, explain wellness services, support massage and assisted-stretch providers, and maintain a calm, clean, and guest-ready environment. What You’ll Do

• Deliver attentive, personalized spa hospitality
• Welcome guests and guide them through the Revive experience
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and check out appointments in Mindbody
• Explain massage, stretch, recovery, and wellness services
• Coordinate provider schedules and treatment-room turnover
• Prepare and reset serene, clean, fully stocked treatment spaces
• Maintain linens, towels, guest amenities, and spa supplies
• Answer calls and respond warmly to service questions
• Process approved transactions and session redemptions
• Protect guest privacy and maintain professional boundaries
• Support smooth opening, closing, sanitation, and daily operations What We’re Looking For

• Warm, polished, and professional communication
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• A calm presence while managing multiple appointments and priorities
• High standards for cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere
• Comfort learning Mindbody and wellness-equipment procedures
• Consistent availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or medical-reception experience preferred
