Financial Analyst

Role Description: A Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within a company. This role typically involves examining financial data, forecasting future financial performance, and assisting in budgeting and strategic planning. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to provide insights into financial performance.

Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted figures. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Collaborate with department heads to gather budgetary inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and financial software.

Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for senior management. Ensure compliance with established financial policies, procedures, and controls. Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal controls related to financial processes.
