HRIS Manager

We are looking for an HRIS Manager to join our team! In this role, you will take ownership of Czarnowski Collective's HR systems and people data, serving as the hands-on leader of our HRIS function. You will personally configure, administer, maintain, and enhance UKG and connected systems while driving the overall strategy, roadmap, reporting, data integrity, and vendor relationships that support our people operations.

This is a build-and-run opportunity where you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, improving system capabilities, and ensuring our HR technology solutions scale with the needs of the business.
