Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by creating visually appealing displays and layouts for our home showroom. Your expertise in retail home decor will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring a cohesive brand image. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will collaborate to develop and implement effective visual strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.

Create and execute visually appealing window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in visual merchandising and home decor. Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends. Ensure all visual merchandising elements are in line with the brand's image and values.

Conduct regular audits and maintain high standards of visual presentation across the showroom. Train and guide sales associates on effective product display techniques. Work within budget constraints to maximize the impact of visual merchandising efforts. Research and source unique props, fixtures, and decor items to enhance the showroom's aesthetic.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail home decor setting. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual merchandising concepts. Excellent knowledge of retail home decor products, trends, and market dynamics.

Strong visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail and design. Proficiency in using design software and tools for creating visual presentations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and brand requirements. A passion for home decor and a desire to stay updated with industry developments.
