Commercial Credit Analyst

Commercial Credit Analyst RC Willey is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Commercial Credit Analyst. This position focuses on commercial credit administration, billing, collections, account reconciliation, and customer service. This position will help establish commercial accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, manage collection activities, and maintain positive relationships with contractors, customers, and internal sales associates.

Key Responsibilities

Process commercial credit applications and establish business accounts. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies between contractors and RC Willey records. Reconcile and balance customer accounts with accountants, contractors, and sales teams. Collect outstanding balances while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Respond to billing, credit, and account-related inquiries via phone and email. Process customer payments, including: Credit cards, Deposits, ACH payments. Support Commercial Sales Associates with credit availability and account information. Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Basic accounting and auditing knowledge.

Understanding of commercial credit and credit establishment. Ability to analyze: Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Credit Reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience with business accounting systems. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
