Agency: Olixir Job Function: Creative Job Subfunction: Copywriting Job Description: Manages a team that include managers, senior professionals, and support staff. Executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans that prioritize business/network/agency needs and allocate resources effectively in alignment with functional goals.

Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets. Develops and shapes compelling written platform and campaign narrative, brand messaging and content across multichannel platforms. Creates clear, engaging, and strategically aligned messaging that reflects brand voice, audience insights, and business objectives.

Collaborate with art direction, design, strategy, social, client teams, and/or production to develop content experience that strengthen audience engagement, cultural relevance, and creative effectiveness across media and platform ecosystem.

170,000 to 240,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
