Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of customers and staff Monitor and patrol premises Respond to incidents and emergencies Maintain detailed reports of activities and incidents Enforce customer policies in a professional and courteous manner Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post Ability to interact and communicate with the public Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately Qualifications: YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT ARMED SPECIAL POLICE OFFICER LICENSE (SPO) FOR WASHINGTON, DC.
