Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
To provide patient and family centered care in accordance with Sky Lakes Medical Center mission, philosophy, policies and procedures. Provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients. Verbally redirects patients from engaging in at risk behaviors detrimental toward self or others. Alerts nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.
Is knowledgeable and supportive of the organizations confidentiality and related hospital policies.
