Key Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines using blueprints and job specifications Determine feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining sequences Perform first article inspections and coordinate QA approvals Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and efficiency Operate multiple machines and perform secondary operations Train and support other operators Ensure product quality before moving to next stage Maintain clean and safe work areas Requirements 1–3 years CNC setup experience 3+ years manufacturing experience Experience with offsets, G52, and probing Ability to read blueprints Proficiency with precision measuring tools Work Environment Industrial setting with machinery, noise, and airborne materials PPE required at all times
