Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality and consistent production. Perform routine equipment inspections. Complete basic machine maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Machine setup experience: Previous experience setting up machines for production in a manufacturing facility. Manual dexterity: Ability to handle tools, materials, and machine components with precision. Strong initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to identify and address issues.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to meet production goals. Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Manufacturing experience setting up production orders on a machine using hand tools preferred. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTIONS Stamina & Mobility: Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for the duration of a scheduled shift (8–12 hours). Must be able to frequently bend, reach, crouch, or stoop.

Weight Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally from floor to waist and waist to shoulder. Manual Dexterity: Constant repetitive grasping and fine motor manipulation of paper materials and machine components. Range of Motion: Frequent twisting of the torso and lifting above shoulder height.

Sensory/Vision: Must possess tactile/touch sensitivity in hands and digits. Near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required for quality control and safe machine operation. Work Environment: Ability to perform these functions in a manufacturing environment that may include high noise levels, varying temperatures, and paper dust.
