Summary of the Marketing Specialist Position The Marketing Specialist is a highly visible, outgoing, and results-driven leader responsible for building awareness of Andretti within the local market and, most importantly, driving top-line sales through increased walk-in traffic, group business, events, partnerships, and community engagement.
This role requires someone who is comfortable getting outside of the building, representing the Andretti brand, developing relationships, talking to new people, and identifying opportunities to turn community exposure into measurable business. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with location leadership, Sales, and the corporate Marketing team to execute company-wide campaigns while developing local initiatives designed to increase traffic, generate qualified leads, grow group sales, and strengthen Andretti's presence within the community.
This is a full-time, in-office salaried position with a salary range of $50,000-$55,000. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and execute local marketing strategies focused on driving walk-in traffic, group sales, event bookings, and overall top-line revenue Build relationships with local businesses, schools, youth organizations, sports teams, hotels, apartment communities, chambers of commerce, tourism organizations, and other community partners Actively identify and pursue local partnership opportunities that can generate new guests and qualified group sales leads Represent Andretti at community events, networking functions, trade shows, festivals, school events, and other promotional opportunities Confidently engage with potential guests and business partners, communicate the Andretti experience, and generate interest in visiting or booking an event Create and execute grassroots marketing initiatives that bring new guests into the location Partner closely with the Sales team to generate, capture, and hand off qualified leads for corporate events, birthday parties, school groups, youth organizations, and other group business Support efforts to increase repeat visitation and strengthen Andretti's reputation within the local market Track the effectiveness of local marketing efforts and communicate measurable results, including leads generated, partnerships developed, event participation, traffic-driving initiatives, and sales opportunities Assist in recruiting, developing, scheduling, and leading a strong Andretti Ambassador Team Organize, schedule, and execute local promotional events and activations Prepare promotional materials and presentations for community events and partnership opportunities Develop localized marketing materials and content in partnership with the corporate Marketing team Support approved social media and digital initiatives designed to increase local awareness and engagement Conduct market research to identify competitors, community opportunities, consumer trends, and potential traffic drivers Monitor guest feedback, consumer ratings, and local brand reputation Maintain accurate calendars, databases, lead tracking, event schedules, marketing inventories, and performance reporting Communicate upcoming events, marketing initiatives, results, and opportunities to location and corporate leadership Support larger Andretti marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives as needed What Success Looks Like A successful Marketing Specialist does more than coordinate events.

Success in this role includes: Increasing awareness of Andretti within the local community Driving measurable increases in walk-in traffic Generating qualified group sales leads Creating partnerships that result in revenue-producing opportunities Building relationships with organizations and businesses that introduce new guests to Andretti Representing the Andretti brand professionally and enthusiastically Consistently identifying new ways to get Andretti in front of potential guests Tracking results and understanding which marketing activities are producing the strongest return Required Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach, engage, and build relationships with new people Comfortable representing the company at community events, networking functions, and promotional activations Strong written and verbal communication skills A sales-minded approach to marketing with an understanding that successful marketing should ultimately drive traffic and revenue Ability to develop relationships and convert community engagement into actionable business opportunities Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures Experience with or knowledge of marketing concepts and local promotional initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects, events, relationships, and deadlines simultaneously Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when events or business needs require High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Eligible to work in the United States At least 18 years of age Great to Have Two or more years of marketing, community outreach, business development, hospitality, entertainment, or event experience Experience generating leads or driving revenue through local marketing initiatives Experience developing community or business partnerships Experience supporting group sales, event sales, or grassroots marketing Experience representing a brand at networking or community events Experience supporting or managing local brand reputation Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field Interest in entertainment, hospitality, virtual reality, arcade gaming, or motorsports Proven leadership skills and experience motivating a team Benefits Salary of $50,000-$55,000 Personal/Family Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Coverage $1,200 company-paid Health Savings Account Vacation time accrued during the first year 401(k) retirement program with generous company match Company-provided Life Insurance Company-provided Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Accident, Critical Illness, and Voluntary Life Insurance The opportunity to represent a growing entertainment brand while making a direct impact on location sales and performance Physical Requirements The physical requirements described below are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
