Position Summary

The Team Lead is a frontline leader who bridges the gap between employees and management, keeping daily operations running smoothly and the team moving in the right direction. This person sets the tone on the floor — modeling a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety that others naturally follow.

Beyond the day-to-day, they play a key role in developing the people around them and making sure the team hits its goals without sacrificing quality or culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in leading the departmental safety program, including housekeeping disciplines and the investigation of all accidents and injuries. Responsible for leading the day to day operations. Ensure quality control processes are maintained and practiced, including quality check sheets, are followed daily.

Maintain material flow ensuring uninterrupted production. Ensure production schedule is completed on time. Assist the Supervisors to train and develop all employees. Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles. Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed.

Communicate clearly and frequently your schedule status to downstream and upstream departments. Display a positive, “Can Do” attitude – be a change agent. Other duties as assigned.

– Required Excellent organizational skills Strong oral, written interpersonal communications skills. Good basic math and reading skills Strong coaching and training skills Self-direction and initiative.

• Preferred Proficient communication in English, Spanish a plus Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable. Physical Requirements : Standing for long periods of time Bending: Frequently Lifting: Medium/Heavy (50 lbs.) Repetitive Motions Compensation: Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and skills. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. $18.08- $24.01 per hour Benefits: Eligibility is based on employment status and length of time in role.
