Payroll Coordinator

Coordinates and implements the various aspects of remuneration : Calculation of variable pay, Participation, Benefits in kind, Implements the remuneration policy defined by the HRD and the DG, Optimises, in conjunction with the Sales Director, the monitoring of the CRM tool and the feedback of information from the sales teams (control of data entry and verification of the database), Links with the commercial contract validation service and the management control service, Handles employee complaints, analyses sources of errors, makes corrections and calculates impacts, Validates the objectives and the elements constituting the variable remuneration of the sales force to the Sales Director, Entering commercial objectives, updating and monitoring the criteria for awarding bonuses, Leads the annual compensation review process, Competitive intelligence: reinforces the approach to evaluation, job positioning and market comparison, Optimises and communicates employee benefits as part of a "total compensation" approach, Monitoring of the Group's mail order policy, Ensures reporting to the HRD, Design of indicators, social dashboards, monitoring and calculation of HRI, ...

Participates in the control of expense reports,
