Position Summary

REVO Casino & Social House is seeking a detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our Surveillance team. This position is responsible for monitoring casino operations through advanced surveillance technology to ensure compliance with New Hampshire Lottery Commission regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

Surveillance Operators play a critical role in protecting company assets, maintaining the integrity of gaming operations, and supporting the safety and security of guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor gaming, cash-handling, and casino operations through surveillance systems. Detect, document, and report potential violations of regulations, policies, procedures, or suspicious activity. Maintain accurate, factual, and professional reports of observations and investigations. Monitor asset protection, currency transports, count room operations, and other high-risk activities.

Assist Security, Management, and regulatory agencies by providing surveillance support and investigative information. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML requirements, and responsible gaming standards. Monitor emergency situations and support response efforts when necessary. Operate surveillance equipment and report system performance issues or equipment malfunctions.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and surveillance activities. Stay current on company procedures, gaming regulations, and casino operations.

Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or GED. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear, concise, and factual reports. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and regulatory approvals. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Previous surveillance, security, law enforcement, military, investigations, or casino experience. Knowledge of casino table games and gaming procedures.

Experience reviewing video footage or using surveillance technology. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated for extended periods while monitoring surveillance systems. Ability to observe multiple video monitors and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, radio, and in person.

Ability to work in a casino environment with varying noise and lighting levels. Why Join REVO?
