Key Responsibilities

Review new hire and termination paperwork for completeness Submit new hire documents, terminations, and personnel change forms to corporate HR Process employment verifications through corporate HR Enter time and attendance data for payroll Maintain office supplies and manage daily office needs Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned Skills Required: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent oral and written communication skills Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization Education & Experience: High school diploma preferred 2–5 years of office experience in a corporate setting Intermediate Microsoft Office experience HR experience is a plus, but not required Apply today and become part of a company that values professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence.
