Description Interlachen Country Club is seeking servers for our restaurant, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. Our team provides exceptional fine dining service and a welcoming environment for our members. Share menu highlights, and details, and make personalized recommendations. Handle challenges gracefully, finding the path to yes.

Stay informed on the menu and wine list and be able to explain dishes and recommend wine pairings to our members. Uphold brand standards by contributing to daily tasks and cleaning to ensure readiness for service. Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture. Ideal Qualifications and Attributes: Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED At least 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant and serving position.

Club experience is a plus Strong wine knowledge, including pairings and proper wine service Deep knowledge of Wine, Liquor, Beer, Food & Proper Service Experience with restaurant POS system is a plus Must be 18 years or older Attributes Presentable

Open availability is strongly preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 4–8 hours. Sundays are required.
