Night Shift Shipping Clerk

The Plastipak Shipping Clerk is responsible for all phases of operation of the shipping and receiving office including loading and unloading trucks via forklift. We Offer Opportunity. You Will Adhere to all procedures within Safety, Corporate/Site Quality System, Operation Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices Coordinate the loading of and ensures proper documentation for all outbound and inbound shipments and shuttles Housekeeping of the office and warehouse areas Operate forklift to load and unload trailers Use RF scanning device to scan goods and properly maintain inventory Provides instruction to shuttle driver and manages pool of trailers Monitors availability of product for shipments.

Works with manufacturing warehouse to coordinate loads to outside warehouses Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action Performs all other duties as assigned You Have Team Oriented Strong communication skills Flexibility of job assignments Strong computer skills Self-motivated Able to work overtime, as needed Minimum of one year of forklift experience is required .

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly. Regularly stand or sit for long periods of time, up to 12 hours at a time. Bend, lift and walk around facility as needed.
